課程概述

一 課程概述
This course provides
theoretical and academic
depth in industrial
pollution and control
technologies with practical
experience. In the first
part of the course the
pollutions in air, water,
and solid waste were
overviewed. In the second
part, experiments on DNA
isolation, PCR
amplification, Gel
electrophoresis and DGGE
separation techniques will
be exercised on
environmental samples.

This course, in consultation
with international faculty,
helps you gaining knowledge
and developing skills in
research and laboratory
techniques.

三 課程要求
One mid-term exam, 3-4
homework assignments, and
completing microbiology
experiments. Total
lecturing/experiment hr: 48
hrs.
